Eight subsidiaries and 13 affiliated companies of state energy company PT Pertamina have signed memorandum of understanding (MoUs) to synergize their business operations as a move to improve their competitive values.
The MoU was signed at the Directorate for Retail Marketing Office of Pertamina on Friday (05/07).
“This is an important moment for Pertamina, in particular the directorate for retail marketing. This huge energy must be optimized in order to attain an efficient and acceleration of business process which ultimately increase the competitive values,” said Director for Retail Marketing of Pertamina, Mas’ud Khamid.
